Through games, role play and hands-on activities, children learn what to do when it really matters — while building confidence along the way.

What Your Child Will Learn

In our Junior Medics sessions, children are introduced to essential first aid skills in a way that is easy to understand and remember.

Content may vary depending on the session, but can include:

  • How to call 999 and get help

  • How to help someone who is choking

  • What to do if someone is unconscious

  • How to treat bleeding and injuries

  • Introduction to CPR

  • How to stay calm and take action

All children receive a Junior Medics certificate.

Workbooks are included with family sessions.

  • Designed for children aged 6–11 years

  • Sessions last approximately 2 hours

  • Parents or carers attend and learn alongside their child

  • Relaxed, fun and interactive atmosphere
