Through fun, interactive sessions, children learn how to stay calm, think clearly, and take action when it matters most.

Designed for primary school-aged children, our sessions are engaging, practical, and easy to understand — with no prior experience needed.

What Children Will Learn

Through our Junior Medics training, children develop practical, life-saving skills they can use with confidence in real-life situations.

Content may vary depending on the session, but can include:

• How to call 999 and get the right help quickly

• How to recognise danger and spot hazards

• How to treat bleeding and injuries

• What to do if someone is unconscious

• How to use the recovery position

• How to help someone who is choking

• Introduction to CPR

Children learn through games, role play and hands-on activities, helping them remember what to do when it really matters.

All children receive a Junior Medics certificate.

Workbooks are included with selected sessions.
