Supervision and withdrawal of service
Should a delegate or associated visitor behave in a way that the Course Trainer feels is unreasonable then the company reserves the rights to withdraw the delegate/attendee/visitor from the session or course. In these circumstances the delegate/client will not be entitled to a refund what so ever.
First Aid for Parents - This is a course designed for teaching adults and contains important content. As far as is possible, we ask attendees to arrange for child care. Regrettably we cannot allow mobile children in the sessions unless there is the consent of the whole group and this is prearranged.
Junior Medics - this is a course designed for teaching children from ages 5 – 11 years first aid skills. We would advise all carers to talk to their child about emergencies and what first aid can mean before they arrive at the session. Regrettably we cannot allow mobile children/siblings to attend unless they are booked into the session and are within the age ranges as specified above.
Regulated courses – These courses are designed for teaching adults and contain important content. Courses are registered through an awarding body. Certificates are sent within 4 weeks of the course end date. Regrettably no children are permitted to attend regulated courses.
