First Aid at Work Courses delivered across Hertfordshire and Essex
Most workplaces require either the one-day EFAW (Emergency First Aid at Work course) or the FAW (First Aid at Work course). However, sessions can be tailored to suit your business needs.

The one-day Ofqual Emergency First Aid at Work course is best suited for individuals or businesses that have deemed themselves as a low-risk environment. It’s perfect for beginners, providing them with the basic skills needed to be a workplace emergency first aider.
What’s covered?
• Responsibilities and reporting
• Assessing the situation
• Dealing with an unconscious casualty
• CPR & AED
• Seizures
• Choking

For workplaces that have deemed themselves as higher risk, the three-day First Aid at Work course may be needed.
